Arada is a UAE master developer with projects across the UAE, the United Kingdom and Australia. Its current head office is in Dubai Festival City, while its UAE development portfolio includes large communities in Sharjah alongside residential projects in Dubai.
The company is led by Group CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, with HH Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi serving as Chairman and HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud as Executive Vice Chairman. Arada’s current investor-relations material dates the company to 2017.
