Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City is the second real-estate collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and Binghatti. Unveiled in January 2026, it expands the partnership from a single residential tower to Binghatti’s first fully master-planned community: a 12-tower district in Nad Al Sheba covering more than 10 million sq ft and planned across three phases.
Mercedes-Benz contributes its design philosophy and concept-led architectural identity, while Binghatti leads the development and delivery of the community. The masterplan is organised around the Grand Promenade, a central green space with 12 curated experiences, supported by 12 sporting clubs and indoor resident facilities.

What is the payment plan?
The published payment structure is 20% as a down payment, 50% during construction and 30% upon completion, giving an overall 70/30 payment plan.
When is handover expected?
Binghatti currently indicates an anticipated handover from Q2 2028. As the masterplan is being delivered in three phases, buyers should confirm the completion date for the specific tower and unit in their sales documents.
Where is the project located?
The project is located in Nad Al Sheba in the wider Meydan area of Dubai. Binghatti lists Dubai Mall and Business Bay at about 10 minutes, Dubai Design District at 8 minutes and Dubai International Airport at 15 minutes.
