Lawncrest at Dubai Production City, an innovative mid-rise 08-storey tower emerging at the heart of the city, developed by Zimaya Properties with studios, 1 & 2-bedroom apartments. The architecture configured as G+2P+8-storey façade unfolds to the sweeping vistas, not only designed as a building, but a platform that presents its residents a vintage point. In case, the windows conceive Jumeirah Golf Estate fairways that is awesome in nature, where the desert once stretched flat and a landscaped stretched to the horizon with the greens. Build and design for selected few, who knew luxury is better in quiet rather than the loud of the urban jungle. The façade does not compete with Dubai’s skyline spectacle; it turns away from it, deliberately, toward something calmer and more enduring to have an expressive lifestyle.

Hugging a solid leap up, the eight-floors encompasses a well-thought out representation of luxury residences besides. The premium class units with several offering maids’ rooms and dedicated storage, all with the golf course as the focal point of daily life. Faithful and simple in its own modern day, the architecture itself speaks in a restrained and contemporary language. Once residents step inside, its sensible version of its design led ideology; rooms serve as light, quiet extensions of the outside world, and the subtler palette of pale, muted colours and neutral tone. This all allows the landscape of the golf to take the centre stage. Kitchens are equipped with Teka or comparable appliances; bathrooms are completed with Empolo sanitary ware; Kone lifts are installed silently so that the comfort of these device is not visible. The apartments further are equipped with a smart home system, letting owners control the lights, the climate and the security with the flick of a switch; wide glazing and generous balcony depths mean that outside golfing greens is always present as a living backdrop.
