Fine ribbons of light lead down each floor plate, while layered terraces, knitted into a strikingly glass façade, seamlessly blend the presence of nature. Malta-based, light vertical dark striped fins support the stone toned podium as the core of the composition, while the covered arcade and ground-level retail help to animate the street edge. After all, visualized as an energetic community space with clear stone pathways leading to peaceful pools of water, the rich planting areas creating areas for gathering and a multi-layered plant palette providing visual and physical privacy.
