Chelsea Football Club and DAMAC Properties joined forces through a long-term global partnership, with DAMAC becoming Chelsea FC's Official Property Development Partner. This collaboration introduced Chelsea Residences by DAMAC — the first football-themed branded residential development created in partnership with Chelsea FC.

The project brings the club's identity and heritage into the residential experience, with Chelsea-inspired design, concierge services and high-performance spaces woven throughout the development. Located in Dubai Maritime City, the residences combine Chelsea's sporting legacy with DAMAC's luxury real-estate expertise.

Small correction for your database: I would keep “Founded: 1905” for Chelsea FC; the club officially dates its founding to 10 March 1905.

Chelsea Residences by DAMAC is developed by DAMAC Properties in partnership with Chelsea Football Club. Chelsea FC trademarks and branding are used in connection with the official partnership. Oplus International Realty L.L.C is a real estate brokerage and is not the developer of the project. Project information, prices, availability and payment plans are subject to change and should be verified with the developer. The latest developer announcement states that the sixth and final tower launched in July 2026 after the first five towers sold out, so availability should be treated as release-specific and verified before publishing exact prices on the Oplus website
